The Kitesurf Centre is a leading BKSA kite School, offering kitesurfing lessons, kiteboarding courses, powerkiting and kite landboarding. Located on Camber Sands beach, East Sussex but also teaching at Greatstone Kent on the South East Coast of England – UK – just 1 hour from South London

The Centre was created by two highly experienced BKSA senior instructors to provide the finest level of kite surfing tuition in the South East of England, run from a centre on the beach at Camber Sands, East Sussex, near Rye. With the experience and enthusiasm of the whole team, The Kitesurf Centre is a fantastic place to learn kitesurfing or any kite or watersport.

What is kitesurfing and why choose us?

It’s no secret that Camber Sands is the finest beach for kitesurfing and water sports in the south east. We are fortunate enough to have our new centre right on it offering the ideal location for a kite school. It provides free parking, onsite changing rooms, classroom and an abundance of the latest equipment in sizes XXS – XXXL. The centre offers a relaxed comfortable atmosphere concealed from the often ideal windy elements.  

This is an exciting time as we can now offer the best possible service as a kitesurfing school.

 The onsite centre avoids fragmented kitesurfing lessons commuting to and from the beach in cold wet wetsuits with limited kit, or learning safety and wind theory from the back of a vehicle

Our location was chosen from years of experience spent on Camber Sands and the knowledge that it offered the safest and easiest conditions to learn along the Kent and Sussex coast. The ideal constant warm onshore winds are unmatched by any beach along the south coast and the safe sea state available at Camber instils confidence whilst learning kitesurfing.

Camber Sands beach is a beautiful 4 mile stretch of golden sand with shallow water making it the perfect position for a kitesurfing school!

Only 1 hour south east from London and 50 minutes east from Brighton, we are surrounded by good access roads and public transport along with a vast range of accommodation – making commuting or holidays very easy.

The Kitesurf Centre is rider owned and run. Thomas and Tristan conduct or oversee all of the lessons and using their experience, make sure everything runs smoothly and the students both enjoy themselves and have a productive lesson.
