Zero to Hero kitesurfing course

Duration5 days25 hours tuition time (total course time ≈ 30 hours)

Cost£429 – Everything included  + post course handout

Our zero to hero course takes you from a complete novice to a fully independent and confident kitesurfer, safe in the knowledge that you have all the skills needed to continue the sport.

The first three days of the course take the same path as the three day kitesurfing lesson; however it then goes further to cover:

In depth equipment theory with information about different kite and board types, shapes, designs and materials used in their production and how each feature affects how they perform and behave.

Advanced wind, weather and sea conditions knowledge

As well as the extra useful theory there will also be a large amount of practical time spent with the kite and board in the water. In addition to the first 3 days you will have the extra time to really master your kite skills and concentrate on the board control riding technique. Weight distribution used affectively allows a better stance and full control in various conditions,  the course works on this important factor. With this extra control and skill we can then go onto riding in both directions with turns and then onto smooth slide and carve turns.

As well as this the course covers how to use the board affectively to produce ‘pop’ and the kite to give you lift, creating your first jumps!!

After completing this intensive kitesurfing course you will have the knowledge and skills needed to continue the sport as well as being able to choose suitable wind, weather, location and equipment. You will able to kitesurf anywhere in the world safely and most of all have loads of fun!
