Current Job Roles

We offer a range of seasonal, part-time and full-time roles across both our school and retail operations.

Kitesurf & Watersports Instructors — we are always looking for qualified instructors to join our teaching team. You'll be teaching a range of watersports including kitesurfing, wingfoiling, kite buggying and stand-up paddleboarding. We teach 7 days a week during the season and, due to our strong wind reliability and dual-beach setup (Camber Sands and Greatstone), we are one of the busiest schools in the UK. We also welcome instructors looking for seasonal or flexible work during peak periods.
Requirements: BKSA or IKO instructor qualification; first aid certification; strong passion for watersports; ability to work in changing coastal conditions; RYA Powerboat licence (preferred).

Trainee Instructor & Career Pathway — if you're not yet qualified but want to build a career in watersports, we offer structured training pathways to help you progress, taking you from complete beginner to qualified instructor through structured training, experience and mentoring. Ideal for gap year candidates, career changers, and watersports enthusiasts looking to progress.

Shop & Customer Experience Roles — our beachfront shop is a key part of the centre, offering expert advice and equipment sales to customers from the UK and around the world. We're looking for people who enjoy customer interaction, have an interest in watersports equipment, can work in a fast-paced retail environment, and are organised and proactive. Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.

Booking & Office Roles — our office team manages bookings, enquiries, scheduling and customer support for hundreds of students each week. You'll be part of the operational core of the centre, helping ensure every customer has a smooth experience from booking through to their lesson. Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, managing bookings and schedules, supporting instructors and operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Trainee & Apprenticeship Opportunities

Each season we take on a limited number of trainees and apprentices who are passionate about watersports. This is a hands-on role designed to build real experience in watersports instruction, customer service, beach operations, and equipment handling and safety.

If you're motivated, enthusiastic and want to build a career in the industry, we want to hear from you.
