We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day

If there's ever a delay, our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct when placing your order.

UK Delivery

FREE UK delivery on orders over £49.99

Standard Delivery: 2, 5 Working days

• Orders over £49.99 → FREE

• Orders under £49.99 → £4.99

Express Delivery: 1-2 Working Days

• Orders over £49.99 → Upgrade for £4.99

• Orders under £49.99 → £7.99

International Delivery

Europe Mainland + UK Highlands & Islands:

• Orders over £499 → FREE

• Orders under £499 → £24.99

Rest of the World & European Islands:

• £24.99 under 1kg

• £49.99 over 1kg

• £99.99 over 6kg

Large Item Shipping

Large equipment such as:

• Kite packages

• Kiteboards

• Surfboards

• Hard SUPs

May have additional shipping charges depending on destination.

Typical additional costs:

• Surfboards: £29.99, £59.99

• Hard SUPs: £69.99

We only use reliable couriers for oversized equipment to reduce the risk of damage.
If additional shipping is required, we will contact you before processing the order.

VAT Free Orders (Outside the UK)

Customers outside the UK automatically receive 20% VAT removal at checkout when selecting their delivery country.

Orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country.

VAT-free orders are also available for BFPO and military forwarding addresses, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Information & Responsibilities

• Delivery times are based on working days (Mon, Fri)

• Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels returned to us will incur a redelivery charge

• If requesting delivery to a work address or neighbour, locating the parcel is the customer's responsibility

• Always inspect packages before signing, sign as "damaged" if needed

• Once signed for, we cannot claim for courier damage

Please check you have received all parcels before signing, as large orders may be split into multiple boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new gear, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase provided they are:

• In original condition

• With packaging intact

• With tags still attached

You can choose:

• Exchange for a different size or product

• Store credit

• Refund

Download and include this with your return.

Return shipping costs are not refunded and must be paid again for replacement items (especially for international or large item orders).

Standard UK return shipping: £4.99

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are:

• Faulty

• Not fit for purpose

• Not as described

You have 30 days to reject the goods and receive a full refund.

Important Return Notes

• Returns are sent at the customer's risk and cost

• We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels

• Items remain your responsibility until received by us

• If a partial return drops your order below £49.99, original shipping charges may be applied

Used & Ex-Demo Equipment

All used and ex-demo equipment is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Kites are:

• Inflated and pressure tested for 4 hours

• Checked thoroughly before shipping

Any damage must be reported before use.
Once equipment has been used, we cannot accept responsibility for damage.
