Meet the Coaches

Brad

Brad has been teaching watersports since the age of 16, building a career that has taken him to some of the most unique coaching locations in the world.

His experience includes working at high-end watersports destinations such as Necker Island, part of Richard Branson’s private island portfolio, along with other international teaching locations around the globe.

A true all-round waterman, Brad brings decades of hands-on coaching experience across multiple watersports. His approach is calm, practical and experience-led, focusing on helping riders build strong foundations, confidence and control in all conditions.

Ian

Ian is a progressive kitesurfer with a strong technical eye for detail.

His coaching style has been shaped through years of observing rider development closely, particularly through structured video analysis and long-term progression tracking, including the development of his son Max.

Ian specialises in technical refinement — helping riders identify small adjustments that create significant improvements in performance and efficiency on the water.
