Sizing & Adjustment

The adjustable shaft allows you to dial in the perfect length for your height and paddling style. As a general guide, your paddle should be approximately 8-10 inches (20-25cm) taller than you when standing upright. Fine-tune the length based on your preference - shorter for surfing and manoeuvrability, longer for touring and efficiency.

VAT Free Orders (Outside the UK)

Customers outside the UK automatically receive 20% VAT removal at checkout when selecting their delivery country.

Orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country.

Delivery Information & Responsibilities

• Delivery times are based on working days (Mon, Fri)
• Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels returned to us will incur a redelivery charge
• If requesting delivery to a work address or neighbour, locating the parcel is the customer's responsibility
• Always inspect packages before signing, sign as "damaged" if needed
• Once signed for, we cannot claim for courier damage

Returns & Exchanges

You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase provided they are:

• In original condition
• With packaging intact
• With tags still attached

Used & Ex-Demo Equipment

All used and ex-demo equipment is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Kites are:

• Inflated and pressure tested for 4 hours
• Checked thoroughly before shipping

Any damage must be reported before use.
Once equipment has been used, we cannot accept responsibility for damage.
