Each pigtail includes a loop with a knot that is not tied into the end of the loop. This gives you two ways to connect to your kite:

• Lark's head loop - use the loop for a clean, secure lark's head connection
• Knot connection - use the knot directly to connect to the kite

Delivery Information & Responsibilities

• Delivery times are based on working days (Mon, Fri)
• Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels returned to us will incur a redelivery charge
• If requesting delivery to a work address or neighbour, locating the parcel is the customer's responsibility
• Always inspect packages before signing, sign as "damaged" if needed
• Once signed for, we cannot claim for courier damage

You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase provided they are:

• With packaging intact
• With tags still attached

All used and ex-demo equipment is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Kites are:

• Inflated and pressure tested for 4 hours
• Checked thoroughly before shipping

Any damage must be reported before use.
Once equipment has been used, we cannot accept responsibility for damage.
