• The Idol is Duotone's freestyle sail for advanced and expert riders who compete or train at the top level of new school freestyle. Built around the BATTEN FREE CENTER concept and the LIGHT DONE RIGHT construction philosophy, it sheds 200 to 300 g over a conventional design without reducing main panel film thickness. The performance is there every session, not just in the spec sheet. At the heart of the Idol freestyle windsurfing sail is the BATTEN FREE CENTER: a deliberately larger gap between the foot batten and the batten above the boom. That open section changes how the sail loads up. Instead of a sharp, binary on-off, you get a smooth, progressive power build that makes duck moves feel controllable from the first attempt. The sail goes neutral exactly when you need it to, then reloads cleanly on the way out. For air moves, the CONVEX DACRON LUFF PANEL maintains full elasticity and keeps the sail loaded up when you need lift against the sail. You stay in control of the move, not fighting it. The HOLLOW LOWER LEECH locks the profile above the boom and eliminates leech flutter. iROCKET 2.0 batten tensioners are calibrated individually at the factory using a torque wrench. The 100-micron ULTRA FILM monofilm holds the weight low. DOUBLE SEAM technology covers all crash areas with triple-stitch zig-zag seams, and break-resistant epoxy battens handle whatever competition riding throws at them. Available in sizes 3.6 to 5.2 m² on an RDM mast, the Idol also includes a FOIL EYELET for hybrid foil sessions and the full VTS trim system for fast, accurate rigging. 2027 introduces a new black/violet colorway. Die Performance ist in jeder Session da, nicht nur auf dem Datenblatt. Im Herzen des Idol Freestyle-Windsurfsegels steht das BATTEN FREE CENTER: ein bewusst größerer Abstand zwischen der Fußlatte und der Latte über dem Gabelbaum. Dieser offene Bereich verändert, wie das Segel Kraft aufbaut. Statt eines scharfen, binären Ein-Aus bekommst du einen weichen, progressiven Kraftaufbau, der Duck-Moves vom ersten Versuch an kontrollierbar macht. Das Segel wird genau dann neutral, wenn du es brauchst, und lädt auf dem Weg hinaus sauber wieder auf. Für Air-Moves behält das CONVEX DACRON LUFF PANEL seine volle Elastizität und hält das Segel geladen, wenn du Auftrieb gegen das Segel brauchst. Du behältst die Kontrolle über den Move, statt gegen ihn zu kämpfen. Das HOLLOW LOWER LEECH fixiert das Profil über dem Gabelbaum und eliminiert das Flattern der Achterliek. Die iROCKET 2.0 Lattenspanner werden im Werk einzeln mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel kalibriert. Das 100-Mikron ULTRA FILM Monofilm hält das Gewicht niedrig. Die DOUBLE SEAM Technologie deckt alle Crash-Bereiche mit dreifach genähten Zickzack-Nähten ab, und bruchfeste Epoxy-Latten stecken alles weg, was das Wettkampf-Riding ihnen zumutet. Erhältlich in den Größen 3.6 bis 5.2 m² auf einem RDM-Mast, verfügt das Idol zudem über ein FOIL EYELET für hybride Foil-Sessions und das komplette VTS-Trimmsystem für schnelles, präzises Riggen. 2027 bringt eine neue Farbvariante in Schwarz/Violett. Delivery Information & Responsibilities

• Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels returned to us will incur a redelivery charge
