The Gearbag TEC offers ample storage space for your wing foil or kite gear in a compact and stylish design. Its outer fabric is made from 100% recycled PET waste, making it both eco-friendly and durable enough to withstand the wear and tear of travel. The heavy-duty wheels allow for smooth transportation through airports, sandy sidewalks, and other challenging terrains. With ION’s Connective Handle, you can easily attach the Gearbag TEC to your personal trolley or airport baggage cart. The Sherpa Belt gives you the freedom to keep one hand free for other essentials. The bottom of the bag is equipped with a molded Curv plate that provides stability and protection, while Bag Breeze 2.0 ensures that unpleasant odors are kept at bay.

Dispatch and availability

Delivery depends on the stock location and the items in your order. We aim to dispatch items held in our shop within one working day, subject to payment authorisation and availability. Items marked as supplier stock are dispatched through our supplier and have a longer delivery time.

For preorders, backorders and made-to-order items, check the selected product's availability date or lead time before ordering. Standard delivery times apply after the item becomes available; express delivery does not shorten a preorder or production lead time. Contact us if you need equipment by a particular date.

UK delivery

Standard delivery is free on eligible orders of £49.99 or more. The services available for your items and address, their charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Items dispatched from our shop

• Standard: 3–5 business days; £3.99 below £49.99, free from £49.99.
• Express: 1–2 business days; £6.99 below £49.99, £4.99 from £49.99.
• Next Working Day Delivery: £14.99 where offered at checkout. Orders for next-working-day delivery must be placed by 11am. Contact us to confirm availability if ordering later.

Duotone supplier stock and long-lead products

• Standard supplier delivery: 7–10 business days; £4.99 below £49.99, free from £49.99.
• Supplier-stock items do not qualify for our shop's express or next-day services.
• Preorder dates and made-to-order lead times are additional to the delivery service and take precedence over a generic delivery estimate.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Handling time and the time of ordering can affect the dates shown at checkout. Items from different locations may arrive separately.

International delivery

International delivery charges depend on the destination, the items ordered and their dispatch location. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available service, price in your checkout currency and any estimated delivery dates. UK free-delivery thresholds do not apply to international orders.

Duotone supplier delivery services are 7–10 business days to the EU, 15–20 business days to the US, Canada, the Middle East and the other European destinations covered by those services, and 20–25 business days to Australia and New Zealand. Preorder and production lead times are additional. For other destinations, or where no delivery estimate is displayed, contact us before ordering if you need a confirmed timeframe.

Large or unusual deliveries

For oversized equipment or an unusual delivery destination, contact our shop before ordering so we can confirm the delivery arrangements and applicable charge. Use the shipping quote for your actual basket and address rather than a general weight-band estimate.

VAT Free Orders (Outside the UK)

Customers outside the UK automatically receive 20% VAT removal at checkout when selecting their delivery country.

Orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country.

VAT-free orders are also available for BFPO and military forwarding addresses, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Information & Responsibilities

• Delivery times are based on working days (Mon–Fri)
• Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels returned to us will incur a redelivery charge
• If requesting delivery to a work address or neighbour, locating the parcel is the customer's responsibility
• Always inspect packages before signing, sign as "damaged" if needed
• Once signed for, we cannot claim for courier damage
  

Please check you have received all parcels before signing, as large orders may be split into multiple boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new gear, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

You can return unused items within 30 days from delivery provided they are:

• In original condition
• With packaging intact
• With tags still attached

You can choose:

• Exchange for a different size or product
• Store credit
• Refund

Return shipping costs are not refunded and must be paid again for replacement items (especially for international or large item orders).

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are:

• Faulty

You have 30 days to reject the goods and receive a full refund.

• We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels
• Items remain your responsibility until received by us
• If a partial return drops your order below £49.99, original shipping charges may be applied

Used & Ex-Demo Equipment

All used and ex-demo equipment is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Kites are:

• Inflated and pressure tested for 4 hours
• Checked thoroughly before shipping

Any damage must be reported before use.
Once equipment has been used, we cannot accept responsibility for damage.
