Care & Storage

Rinse with fresh water after each session, especially after use in saltwater. Store out of direct sunlight when not in use to protect the fibreglass from UV damage. Transport using a board bag or roof rack padding to prevent dings and scratches.

Delivery Information & Responsibilities

• Delivery times are based on working days (Mon, Fri)
• Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels returned to us will incur a redelivery charge
• If requesting delivery to a work address or neighbour, locating the parcel is the customer's responsibility
• Always inspect packages before signing, sign as "damaged" if needed
• Once signed for, we cannot claim for courier damage

All used and ex-demo equipment is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Kites are:

• Inflated and pressure tested for 4 hours
• Checked thoroughly before shipping

Any damage must be reported before use.
Once equipment has been used, we cannot accept responsibility for damage.
