The F-One Gravity Carbon Planes can be used together with Alu masts or Carbon HM masts

Option to add a 45, 55, 65, 75, 85 or 95cm Alu Mast as well as Titan Mast Foot and Mast top plate

TITAN CONNECTION

The TITAN connection enables a very stiff and direct connection between two parts, locking efficiently any movement in all directions.
Its format is compact which is hydrodynamically efficient and very easy to use, assemble and disassemble.

PRE-PREG

With Pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer; this guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon, and represents the highest quality process. Quality control is much better and so is the working environment for the people building our foils. Pre-Preg fabrics offer the lightest weight with the best mechanical properties of carbon fiber.

MONOBLOC STRUCTURE

Having a stiff and solid assembly between all the parts of the foil, is key to making it perform at its best as well as easy to handle. The connection of the front wing with the fuselage is highly stressed and loaded. It is one of the critical area of the assembly in terms of structures. The MONOBLOC wings are molded together with the fuselage in one shot. Thereby removing the connection and the chances for unwanted and parasitic movements. The structural fibers of the fuselage are spread into the wing to achieve the most natural, sound and light connection. It is also incredibly stiff and provide absolute control at all times, with the foil responding perfectly to all of the riders input. When the overall dimensions are too large for convenient transportation, a connection is set into the fuselage, behind the mast where the loads are smaller.

  • Aspect Ratio: 6.0
  • Speed and glide
  • Radical turns and agile carving
  • Efficient pumping and planing start
  • Incredible freestyle abilities

Available in 980 cm²/1080 cm² / 1280 cm² / 1480 cm² / 1780 cm²

Connecting waves while wing foiling, surfing or even downwinding is easy and fun with the PHANTOM CARBON foil. Carving is also part of its DNA, as connecting waves isn’t much fun if you can’t turn properly. By working on the lift distribution, arch shape, and other details, we reached a performing foil that can carve smooth curves on the waves and swells.

The PHANTOM CARBON range is well-balanced and will satisfy a broad variety of riders thanks to its wide size range and huge potential. These foils have it all and do everything well: a satisfying glide, a great planning start, and amazing carving abilities.

  • The PHANTOM 980 is the newest size in this range. This is a high-performance foil that will allow you to take your skills to the next level in surf foil or wing foil, while maintaining good carving and pumping abilities.
  • The PHANTOM 1080 is the ideal front wing for surfing due to its speed-to-lift ratio that will allow you to keep up with the wave and surf it for as long as possible. It is surprisingly easy to use, but also provides incredible performances in speed, carving and pumping when needed.
  • The PHANTOM 1280 provides a similar program to the 1480 but is more versatile. It carves better, goes faster, and is a good combination of planning and performance for wing foil. It is also suitable for lighter riders (< 70 kg).
  • The PHANTOM 1480 combines efficiency and accessibility. Its lift allows you to glide endlessly while having fun thanks to its incredible manoeuvrability and stability. It is an ultra-versatile foil that will allow you to surf in waves < 1m50, venture downwind, wing foil, or even try dockstarts or wakefoil… It does everything well and will be there for you even in weak conditions.
  • The PHANTOM 1780 offers the highest lift of the range. The program is the same as the smaller sizes, but this foil is more adapted for heavier riders (> 85 kg). It is a large and stable wing that remains highly manoeuvrable, and that will bring extra power in light winds.

Built using the Monobloc structure with pre-preg carbon, the foils are both very light and strong. This setup brings improved load transmission and better stiffness throughout the different parts for maximum control. The TITAN connection allows to plug in either an aluminium or carbon mast, and the fuselage is split in two to facilitate transport.

The PHANTOM CARBON 980 and 1080 are recommended with the C250 SURF or C250 FENCE. This stab has been thought out to perfectly exploit the power and abilities of these PHANTOM. Sharp and precise, it will allow you to gain speed and manoeuvrability, and to easily connect waves.

The 1280, 1480, and 1780 are better suited for a C275 SURF stab. Progressive and versatile, this stab will bring stability, control, and confidence to your ride.

The new SEVEN SEAS keeps the same program as its predecessor, but features a more modern design. With a slimmer outline, higher AR and revised surfaces, this new foil retains the legendary accessibility of our SEVEN SEAS range while boosting its performance.

The SEVEN SEAS remains a downwind-oriented foil. When wing foiling, it enables a progressive and easy take-off, then provides a good glide upwind and in the bumps. Its glide makes maneuvers like jibing and tacking easier. Don’t be afraid to switch from a PHANTOM to a SEVEN SEAS as soon as you start learning to jibe.

In SUP foil, the SEVEN SEAS is devilishly easy to launch, then offers an unexpected glide and average speed compared to its accessibility and surface area. It’s a foil of choice for advanced riders in light conditions.

At F-ONE, our goal is to make fun foils. So, we want every foil to be able to carve, even the ones geared towards a downwind program. We’ve therefore specifically worked on the wingtips of this new SEVEN SEAS to increase its maneuverability and make it even more fun to ride.

Built using the Monobloc structure with pre-preg carbon, the foils are both very light and strong. This setup brings improved load transmission and better stiffness throughout the different parts for maximum control. The TITAN connection allows to plug in either an aluminum or carbon mast.

The SEVEN SEAS is the perfect foil to discover the sensations of a high-performance downwind foil. Its ability to glide forward as well as its unparalleled maneuverability and low end potential make it fun and easy to ride. It’s a foil you’ll always keep in your quiver.

* Downwinding requires physical preparation, proper security devices (ie. leash, flashlight, safety vest), and assistance at sea. Please do not attempt any downwinders alone nor without proper training.

The R275 SURF stab is specifically designed for carving and pumping. Its flatter arch shape delivers high efficiency while pumping in order to connect more waves. Its shape and smaller area ensure sharp turns and more speed with a very loose feeling, closer to that of a shortboard. It is a high-performance stab that suits the Phantom range. Built in RTM and designed to be securely mounted on F-ONE fuselages, its profile and angle of incidence were tuned to achieve a very intuitive balance.

Modular Hydrofoil Platform 32

Our AK foil series technology focuses on combining maximum durability, ease of assembly, and reduced weight into a high-performance system. Our prepreg carbon and composite wings utilise a lightweight foam core, while the tough multi-layer outside lamination optimises strength and stiffness

Assembly is quick, through the use of larger diameter titanium bolts in the foil assembly and an open-ended connection plate. This aligns with the industry-standard spacing and works in conjunction with our stainless-steel quick connect board inserts.

Modular Hydrofoil Platform 25

BASE PLATES

The streamlined 0 and 1.5 Degree aluminum base plates absolutely minimize drag when you’re getting going or touching down, while creating a solid connection to the mast via the M8 double bolt connection.

12mm slots enable micro trim adjustment when not being used in a track system, while the open ends make the plate much quicker and easier to fit when being used in a track system.

Modular Hydrofoil Platform 27

HIGH ASPECT RATIO

The high-aspect Plasma series is perfect for pump, glide, and higher speeds.

61CM FUSELAGE

The 61cm fuselage offers high maneuverability and more efficient pumping, with its shorter cadence, compared to the 71cm fuselage.

The unique Stealth Fuselage absolutely minimises drag while maximising stiffness, while the flow dynamics minimise any oscillation you would find in a round fuselage, resulting in increased stability.

Modular Hydrofoil Platform 28

REAR WING TYPE & SIZE

MOUSTACHE

Ranging in size from 260 – 340, the trimmable moustache rear wings provide directional stability.

ARC DOWN

The 260 – 300 arc down rear wings are ideal for highly efficient pumping, high speed, and pivoting turns.

Modular Hydrofoil Platform 29

TRIMMABLE REAR WING

The rear wing allows the trim angle to be quickly adjusted to compensate for the lift requirements for different rider levels, personal preference, and when using different wing configurations.

AK Tracer Foil Series

AK Tracer Foil Series

The AK Tracer Foil Series is a medium aspect ratio front wing for ease of use & manoeuvrability, it’s early to initiate flight, extremely stable under high power and high speed loading, but uniquely agile in carving, and retains good glide when the power is removed. If there is one foil for performance versatility in the range this would be it.

Front wing sizes range from 1900 down to 850, and quivers can be built usually with a size in between. learning on a 1900 will bring you a 1300 as the next step down wing.

The 850 and 1000 are also very capable kite foil wings.

Rear Stabiliser types and characteristics

Please note that the AK foils have a sliding adjustable mount on the stab so you can alter the power and balance of foil across a good range of feel.

340 Moustache – the easiest and most powerful rear stab offering balance against the larger front wings and for those riders who prefer the most stable yaw control and higher front foot loadings

300 Moustache – the mid size and power stab with added yaw resistance for medium sized front wings and adjustable foot weighting from neutral to positive front.

260 Moustache – the smallest of this series, which has good yaw resistance with the lowest front foot loadings best suited to the lightest riders, smallest front wings and those who prefer neutral foot weighting.

300 Arc Down – This is a flatter stabiliser that is more efficient and aloud the rider to yaw the foil with greater ease. A more advanced rear stab with a neutral to moderate front foot loading depending on how you set it up.

260 Arc Down – The most aggressive of the stabilisers for advanced use offering the highest manouverability, highest efficiency but lowest stability and most neutral stance weighting.

Fuselage Length

71cm Fuselage – by far the most popular and not a long fuselage in the grand scheme of things. Manouverable yet good pitch control, it’s the allrounder.
61cm Fuselage – shot and agile for expert use. The fastest carving and most reactive of the two fuselages, but makes pitch stability highly reactive and a handful for those who are not of expert level.

Mast Length AK Tracer Foil Series

Aluminium 60/70/80/95cm. All alloy masts need an alloy mast plate to mount to the board.
Carbon 80,90,105 – no mast plate needed, all 0 degree.
Mast length depends largely on how much water you have. Shorter masts alloy you to recover breaches more comfortably, but when you get to 80cm nearly all breaches result in a fall. Longer masts give more confidence in carves, in chop, and the optimum for most people its around 90cm to 100cm depending in depth.

Alloy plate angle

The AK Tracer Foil Series alloy masts use an alloy plate that you can specify in 0 degree (for most uses) or 1.5 degree, which will raise the nose of the board by 1.5 degrees.

This is preferable on the fastest smallest foils used in higher winds, better balancing the board, but it will detract from low wind initial flight initiation.

General setup preferences

850 – 260 moustache – 71cm Fuselage – 80cm mast – 1.5 Degree plate
1000 – 260 moustache – 71cm Fuselage – 80cm mast – 1.5 Degree plate
1300 – 260 moustache – 71cm Fuselage – 80cm mast – 0 Degree plate
1600 – 300 moustache – 71cm Fuselage – 80cm mast – 0 Degree plate
1900 – 340 moustache – 71cm Fuselage – 80cm mast – 0 Degree plate
