Known for its super agile and reactive outline, the F-One Mitu Pro Flex 2023 boards are first and foremost Mitu Monteiro’s own and remain firmly at the top of their game year after year. Description
With the compact outline, the single concave remains the DNA of the MITU PRO models. Its unique shape helps the board start planing early, accelerate in an instant, and brings stability and predictability in all conditions.
The shape has been improved this year with lateral flat sections on the bottom, as well as a flat section on the bottom between your front and back foot to give directional stability. The rocker line allows a better edge control and an overall improved feeling in all conditions. Its distinct swallow tail makes it very easy to initiate turns and carve with.
Volume, stability, and float are perfectly balanced for a board which surfs better than ever before. It smooths out rough situations and makes you ride longer.
The MITU PRO FLEX is constructed using the HD Foam Flex Composite technology, with optimized flex for maximum reliability, comfort, and maneuverability. The mechanical characteristics achieved provide a lighter weight and a perfect surfboard feel.
Shock absorbers are placed under the pad to increase the board’s durability and provide extra comfort since they effectively absorb all impacts for the riders.
This range features five sizes and goes from 5’2 all the way to 5’10. The larger sizes have a bit more emphasis on the planing abilities and general stability, while the smaller sizes focus more on maneuverability. All share the same shape features, with their specific outline to make the most of the wave’s energy.
All sizes are equipped with a full pad and have deck inserts built-in so they can be equipped with foot straps. The 5’2 and 5’4 come with a set of F-ONE Flow Carbon XS fins. The 5’6, 5’8 and 5’10 come with a set of F-ONE Flow Carbon M fins.

HD FOAM FLEX COMPOSITE
The introduction of this construction has marked a major change into the F-ONE surfboard range and especially on our three key products.
To face the ever higher constrains applied by the riders on their surfkites F-ONE has engineered a new foam composite construction with optimized flex for maximum reliability, comfort and manoeuvrability. The mechanical characteristics achieved by this construction provide a lighter weight and a perfect surfboard feel.
HEEL SHOCK ABSORBER
The deck has been recessed by 5 mm on a wide area underneath the front foot in order to add an EVA shock absorbing foam layer.
This foam layer absorbs effectively all impacts for the riders and makes the board even more durable.
DECK STRINGERS
As the strapless discipline develops and grows, so does the demands it puts on the boards.
With higher jumps and tougher landings, the stresses applied to the boards have migrated towards the rails. F-One have reinforced some of the constructions with lateral deck stringers to make the boards more robust in these areas. These stringers are not full depth to keep the flex and feel of the board.
RTM TECHNOLOGY
RTM technology stands for RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING.
This process uses a closed mold to produce accurate composite parts.
The resin is injected in the mold after it is closed, with the dry fiber having been placed inside beforehand. The closed mold injection allows for great shape accuracy. The epoxy resin used make the fins stronger and more responsive providing a sharper feel on the water.

VAT (Tax) Free

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date.
