The 2020 Airush Diamond V5 Twintip is the ultimate female freeride board.

Created specifically for the smaller, lighter rider in mind, the 2020 Airush Diamond V5 Twintip has a great combination of a softer flex pattern, narrower relative outline, reduced weight, and narrower stance. This makes it perfect for the rider pushing their limits, without compromising it’s playful character for those progressing.

Board Features

MULTI-ZONE BIOTECH CORE

The Airush Multizone Biotech Construction is a vertical paulownia wood core sandwich. This multilayer construction creates a consistent density from the natural material. Our wood cores are renowned for their response, durability and smoothness, and are combined with a versatile combination of laminates depending on each model’s requirement, for all-round performance and durability.

2.0 ABS REINFORCED INSERTS & RAILS

No more pulled or broken inserts from hard landings or crashes. The ABS reinforced inserts create the ultimate amount of durability whether riding with boots or straps.

FMS FLEX RATING | 5

Airush introduced FMS rating as the first brand to quantify how much a twintip flexes. Instead of the good old “feel” test, which can be very deceptive due to the impact of the length on the overall stiffness, FMS takes into account the board’s length and deflection. A lower rating indicates a softer board more suited to freeride, while higher-rated stiffer boards are more suited to freestyle.

AR GLASS

With increased stiffness and response compared to the AR Glass construction, the Reflex Glass featured on the Apex and Diamond twintips incorporates elements of torsional response technology found in our more premium and aggressive board offerings. This results in better load, pop, and landings.

SHAPE & ROCKER

This rocker creates the perfect performance between freestyle and hardcore freestyle. The rocker line is designed to be ridden with both footstraps and bindings to cater for all riders, whether they are pushing the limits in Big Air or more wake oriented tricks.
